Distribution Networks (Pty) Ltd is registered in Botswana. It owns the Shared Core Engine and licenses it to the operating company that brings our solutions to market.
Why two companies
Owning the technology and selling the solutions are different jobs. Keeping them apart gives licensees a stable foundation and keeps the core free of any one client's interests.
Distribution Networks holds the code, data model, keys, repositories and cloud accounts in its own legal name, builds the roadmap and reviews architecture. The operating company sells, implements and supports the solutions, and owns the packs it builds for its own market.
